Poor customer service and warranty. We have several double pane windows stamped glasswerks, that have become cloudy. They only guaranty windows for 1 year so be very careful. Other window places have much better guaranties. I have called and emailed with no response except a curt women telling me about the one year. I am assuming we aren't the only ones this has happened to and I would like to find others to join me in a request for info to the company records.

As a paying customer (spending $20,000 in a 3 month span) I DO NOT appreciate the disrespectful attitude I receive whenever I call for quotes or even for questions I have conserning my product that I pay for CASH. I come one day looking very casual, with an old work truck to pick up a a very large order and was treated so poorly and barely even acknowledged my presence, taking over AN HOUR to process my order that should ve already been processed and didn t help me load any of it in my vehicle. I come another time in a newer truck and they helped me load everything in and asked questions about my car, the whole process took about 30 minutes and was treated like a paying customer. I wouldn t recommend anyone to try to do business with this company, very unprofessional and mediocre.
