Glasshouse Arts, Conference and Entertainment Centre Review

The customer service when buying tickets to the gallery was appalling no respect for my 81 year old father. Unfortunate for the tourism in Port.

Last night we saw The Celtic Tenors, fantastic. This was our second show for the week. Love The Glass house. Thank you.

In the heart of Port Macquarie you find the Glasshouse home to great entertainment and the Art Gallery.

Production of madam butterfly was subpar. Facility was 5 star

Raising awareness and support for school scripture was a great night.
Some beautiful music and songs.

Freedom of peaceful belief is an important issue in such an intolerant society.
Death is not the only given in this limited life.
Sharing God's amazing grace peacefully is worth pursuing.

It would be nice to actually see something at the Glasshouse but if you happen to work in the hospitality industry then you are a neglected, second class citizen. Yep. If you have Sundays and Mondays off instead of the traditional Saturday, then there's nothing to watch.. No shows. Nothing. Come on Glasshouse management how about getting some entertainment scheduled for Sunday nights.

Liked the drink glasses, allowed in the theatre and placed in a box on your way out at intermission or by usher at the end of the show. Plenty of toilets. Best of all space to get past patrons on the way to your seat. If they are huge the seats fold up. Good night. Also pleasant staff

What a comfortable pleasant concert hall this is. Not a huge venue, but adequate.

Terrible staff communication and dedication to helping with answering questions. Plus the information the give on things you've asked for is next to zero.

Great place for live shows. Right in the heart of Port Macquarie.

The gallery currently has a wonderful blacksmithing sculpture exhibition which is very interesting. Worth a visit!

The venue was great, but lack of parking.
There is no designated parking. Just find what you can in the streets around.

Took part of the luminosity youth summit at the glass house for the third year this year 2019 and the glass house staff are always so lovely and kind when it comes to hearing us and providing us with the facility to have the summit awesome job

Excellent venue. Small enough to have an intimate feel

I recently used The Glasshouse to host an evening function and really loved it. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the space was beautiful - really different to the usual club where we hold our evening seminars. Is highly recommend The Glasshouse.

Lovely place. Well worth the money spent by Council. Still modern after 10 years.

The place to go and have your expectations reached. Kind and efficient staff. Comfortable and perfectly acclimatized theater. Neat as it should be.

An impressive venue with a good range of events. Music is a missed opportunity with no standing room or drinks permitted in the theatre.

Great venue that brings some really good plays and great acts to town. Brilliant theatre, stage and acoustics. Really cool art space with good exhibitions , eg Tony Mott photographer.

Well positioned and seats are comfortable but lacked enough spaces to move around, especially when you have kids

Very well appointed theatre. Easy load-in. Pro staff.

The staff are so very friendly. I am wheelchair bound and they could not do enough to help. The whole facility is of first class standard, the actual theatre is of acoustic high quality, the side theatres are mostly used for community events of interest from primary school children to interests for older people, the art gallery is always of interest. A great facility!

Excellent venue to watch a concert. Will definitely go back to watch more concerts. Just enough seating to make the right atmosphere, and close to the stage

This is an awesome place for Port Macquarie. If you get a chance to see a show you will have a great experience.
