I recently had an experience with this online store that left me quite underwhelmed. The variety of products seemed promising, but the quality didn’t live up to expectations. I had issues with the sizing. items didn’t match the descriptions at all. 😐

On top of that, customer service was less than helpful when I reached out for assistance. It took quite a while to get a response, and when I did, the resolutions offered weren't satisfactory. The shipping also felt longer than it should have been, which added to the frustration. 📦

While I appreciate the effort to provide trendy pieces, I think there are areas that need significant improvement to truly serve customers well.
