The service was excellent and the cocktails were amazing, but the food was terrible. The calamari wasn't cooked, the shrimp, lobster, and crab linguine tasted like water. My daughter's ribs were dry and tasteless. I personally wouldn't come back.
Decided to try Gladstone's at the Pike in Long Beach. We made a reservation outside but it was too windy so we had to move inside. The huge floor to ceiling patio door was wide open so it was safe enough for me.
The menu looked extensive and comforting. I had two Aurora IPA large which was the margarita size. Sister had two margaritas which were very strong and yummy. My espresso martini was yummy too and it woke me right up after a big meal. For food we had a very yummy artichoke and spinach dip. The table sourdough and clam chowder were so good as well. For entrees we had halibut, fish & chips, tuna melt, spicy tuna roll and teriyaki chicken. Everything was so delicious except we ordered California roll not tuna roll. I especially loved my tuna melt!
Omg I love this place!! Came on Easter around 2pm and the Food was so "bomb.com" and our waitress(I think her name was Donna) she was amazing she made sure my family and I was taken care of I will always come back and tell everyone about this place. And the view was Excellent!!
I will surely go back. The food is amazing and the drinks too are refreshing.. not to mention with a great view by the sea.
I had the fish and chips. The fish was very crispy and good. The restaurant is a bit pricey.
Really good food. Little pricey, but it is seafood. The staff could use a seminar on customer service but our waiter ended up being pretty good. We didn't have a good first impression, but our server made up for it in the end.
Today was my first time coming here with my daughter and friend. We got to wait 45 minutes to have a table, food is delicious and service was great. Food is kind of pricey. I guess because is near the Long Beach Walk shore with a wonderful View.
My spouse and I were staying at the Hyatt across the street and walked over as it was a very short walk. The Happy Hour is called Crabby Hour. On Friday the bar specials are all day. We had a half pound of Blackened Peel and Eat Shrimp which were spicy great. We also had Black Mussels in the light broth. A draft beer and gin and tonic were also ordered. Many TV are around. Nice service. Our total bill before tip was $23.00. The location is excellent. Will be back on our next Hyatt stay.
Had a nice Valentine's dinner with my fam. It was really cold but the staff hooked us up with two outdoor heaters which was fantastic! Our server Donna was really sweet and accommodating and made sure we were comfy & happy with everything. The food was yummy and the Mai tai was perfection. This was my first visit to Gladstone's but I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later.
