Really just the worst. We use them (not for much longer) as our HOA portal and their payment system has been down a month and they don't respond to communications. Awful interface, bad service, worse communications. I do not recommend working with them.

Love working here! The people and the product are so incredible. They definitely put their people first approach into their work culture - We re treated so well. I truly believe there s a bright future ahead of us with the way we continually innovate and grow.

Received a text today where this "company" has given my contact information that they bought from somewhere to a 3rd party. There is no way to be removed from this "list" that was sold. The entire company should honestly be shuttered, they are crooks.

Gladly is a great place to work! The people first culture is embedded in not only the work environment but also in the product and care the company takes with its customers.

I agree that this company needs to be closed. I have called3-4 times, asked to be removed from their site, Word Press, for some electronic rag & they make it impossible to telephone, txt. Now sm turning this over yo credit card vi!
