We used Girling when my mom came home from the hospital status post heart surgery. The entire team was great! The case manager was attentive and answered all our questions. The Physical Therapist was professional and compassionate and helped mom get back to her prior level of function. The home health attendant was so helpful and kind with her. I highly recommend Girling and truly appreciate their dedication to excellent patient care.
My mother was sent home from Brooklyn Hospital on July 21st and the hospital referred this agency for her home care well needless to say the HHA they have on her case doesn t even show up and when she does she does not stay the time that is required of her by the agency they need more experienced HHa s to care for home bound patients
I like that the agency called to follow up on my dad's well being. (Not too many agencies do this.) Great job Girling! They are also proactive in contacting and communicating with his doctor instead of making me the middle man.
From start to finish this agency made my husband s care so very easy to manage. They contacted me immediately; gave me specific information about what to expect. And I was definitely impressed when each provider showed up at the time they stated; using all COVID protocols to be very safe and careful. Every visiting nurse was amazing and wonderful. A special shout out to Marina Altom who was so efficient and adamant about a challenging situation that, I will say, she saved my husband s life. The Physical Therapist that came was amazing as well, and very flexible and accommodating to fit our schedule and needs. Even the follow up calls with Ms. Dube and Ms. Marie Prinston were calming, compassionate and caring. Thank you for all of your efforts. It is truly appreciated.
I had my mother on therapy provided by this company in the pass and had excellent service, my mother needed physical therapy after a struck left her leg and arm paralysis and therapist was very knowledgeable and kind with my mother. Now my mother needs the service again and I call them and they did all the work and in one day had my mother set up with my the same therapist in no time. Thank you
I am still in the process of getting my mom home health care but so far I have nothing but good things to say about my point of contact Kaitlin at Girling. The only thing my family should worry about is my moms health. Kaitlin has been so helpful in guiding us through the process and I will surely update my review once things are in place.. We are in good hands and appreciate the support and professional advice we have been given so far by Girling.

Girling provided my family with a great team of health care workers. The nurse and PT were professional, patient and gave our family good advice on how to best care for mom. We recommended Girling to a family friend and they were also satisfied with the hear care professionals!
Quite possibly the least attentive, least prepared, and least worthwhile agency ever. The staff is scattered if you can find them and the Home Health Aide business segment is probably in violation of more than handful of Medicare and Medicaid governances.
My Doctor ordered home health services following surgery four weeks ago. My insurance covers daily services. I have had service on 4 that s right 4 days out of three weeks thus far. The Home Health is farmed to another firm, impossible to get ahold of, who has sent a few aides who arrive just as I am leaving for a medical appointment, or who are waiting for me when I return from an appointment. I have had 2 surgeries in 6 weeks, so there is a lot of back and forth with Doctors. Has anyone ever asked when I am available for services? Has anyone ever asked when I would like services? NO. And here we are on another Monday with No aide, No contact from Agency, and I am left to do things on my own, when I am under instructions to rest, and to not lift more than 15 pounds.
This firm is a joke. Run, don t walk, in the opposite direction.
