Can't answer their phones to save their lives. Specific questions get genericanswers i found already online and the message is of course on my machine so i have to attempt another call. Emails are slightly better. Store hours continue to be cut. If I can't get info, find a troop for my girls, and volunteers can't get support, how are we supposed to be a part of it?

I've had a great experience with the staff. They immediately helped me as soon as I wrote that we were moving to Michigan from California to transfer and find a troop near us. With their help, communication, and friendliness, it made our switch and transfer very easy.

I was disappointed when the Council location moved from the Fisher Building. But I was pleasantly surprised and definitely agree that the Brewery Park location is an upgrade. The store staff, as well as the Council, are always very nice and accommodating.

I went shopping here on a Saturday at 1:15pm, the store was closing at 2pm, but I did not feel rushed! William the store representative was very helpful and his costumer service was exemplary.
The store is in a secured community, the gated Brewery Park, entrance off Gratiot.

Website needs to be updated. I drove 45 mins to the Fisher building and they were closed. The website said it would be open 9-12 on Saturdays. Very upset. Not to mention how upset my daughter is.

Completely disappointed and literally disgusted wi...

Completely disappointed and literally disgusted with the way @Girl Scouts treated me and my daughter this past cookie season. Looking to bring nationwide attention to how Girl Scouts will just use and take advantage of the hard work, and sacrifice families contribute to the program. My daughter and I tried to utilize the DigitalCookie app to expand our reach to customers and increase our sales as encourage by Girl Scouts overall. However I ran into troubles with the initial setup &contacted support/ local council who emailed me a link To complete set up. From this point we shared the link we all friends, family and potential customers. It was shortly discovered That the digital orders weren t being accounted for on My daughters actual profile, the link I was given to complete set up for my account was actually linked to a different little girl with a similar name thus giving her credit for our actual orders. I quickly documented everything and contacted Girl Scouts / GSSEM about the mix up. I sent OVER a handful emails called OVER a DOZEN times and I NEVER even till to this day have received any correspondence!!! Explain How is this possible, how can this be acceptable and now Cookie season is over and now my daughter sales will show less than what we actually sold therefore ultimately receiving less than what she deserves as a reward for all our hard work. I want to know why, with all of your coordinators, managers, and directors why didn t anybody get back to me. There was no problem taking my payment for membership and uniforms. Had no issue calling me back about my inquiry on a donation but when it s a mistake on y all end that compromise my daughter cookie sales numbers I CANT GET ANY TYPE OF RESPONSE THE WHOLE ENTIRE SEASON!!? Y all are corporate pimps in disguise using girls and their parents to make loads of cash off all of their work and in return don t even give the troop a dollar of profit from each box sold. IM DISGUSTED , I m a former Girl Scout and I thought I was putting my daughter into a program that was going to teach, help uplift and help her flourish with new skills and experience. Not dismiss her concerns and discredit her hard work. It was really a simple fix and it s ridiculous it has came to this. And the one lady who our troop leader was able to contact said flat out no and that it wasn t fixable , how and why? This I want prompted me to check things out myself but oddly nobody felt the need to respond. I don t care if it was one box it s the principle and that s not how your run a organization so Now I m exposing it all! #WontBeRenewingMembership

They have a new wonderful office. The staff tries very hard to get back with you in a timely manner. The shop is smaller but still has items you need. I would always advise to call first. Troops will come in and get alot stuff at once, so they can run out quick. My girls have enjoyed Girl Scouts. And as I troop leader the office had helped me out when I need them.
