What's going on with the cookies. We use to look forward to the cookie season each year. But, not so much lately. The quality goes down while the price goes up. Disappointed with the cookies but a great organization.

Great Girl Scout program. Firearm Safety and range shooting. Very comfortable program, with knowledgeable instructors. Highly recommend.

The website states they open at 9am. That is true, but the shop doesnt open until 10am. So i had to wait an hour.

The network for friends and support for scouts and leaders is overwhelming.

Website should reflect store hours. The Gateway Council hours begin at 9am. The store does not open until 10am. A diiference that is not apparent unless you delve into the reviews, which one would not necessarily do when dealing with an organization like the Girl Scouts.

Can't even tell you the nightmare that happened to my camper on her first overnight stay with them! (Neglected her female issue) but my daughter accidentally left her blanket and sheet she brought to camp, which the office was aware who's stuff it was but obv. didn't place her name on it and they "disposed" of it after a certain time, with NO attempt to reach out to me before hand OR to my daughters troop leader which would have been possible! I apologize as a WORKING, SINGLE mother, I work the SAME hours, if not MORE, as your office days and hours! And yes, (insert sarcasm here ) of course I can afford to just go replace the blanket brought from Colorado that my daughter brought as a comfort item to camp with her and as a normal child will do, ESPECIALLY on her first overnight outing, forgot!! But THANK YOU FOR DOING EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER AS THE ADULTS IN CHARGE TO GET US OUR BELONGINGS BACK! I'll be sure to NEVER support a GS summer camp again! Financially! Mentally or physically!!

The Council Shop is open the same hours as The Service Center. It is also open the 2nd Saturday of the month, 10am- 3pm.
