Ginny's Printing Review

After two years they sent an order to a collection agency before reaching out to the client. Uped the order with bogus charges as well from the quote given to the client . They also shipped and fullfilled the order with out processing payment and are now using a collection agency to get the money for the order that was completed in 2016. Never once contacting the client for payment or giving a final notice to the client . Bogus operations . Someone dropped the ball in your court and trying to push the blame on ours .

Great print quality, amazing customer service, and lots of different options to meet your needs.

Place of lost dreams. The loosing team for sure. No future for company in Austin except with Johnny Weiver. You Will loose time and money without Michael Martin and the original Jenny's crew. Mike G. I did you a favor!!!

We've used this shop for 5+ years now, and been incredibly impressed year after year. Most recently, I had to throw several changes at a big order at the last minute - the production team and our account rep, Steve Little, adjusted flawlessly and we got our must-have order right on time with no tradeoffs. My whole team is beyond impressed with their ability to stay calm under pressure!

Larry is wonderful to collaborate with on marketing plans and product launches. His team makes sure we have everything we need, within budget, just when we need it!

OneTouchPoint used to be Ginny's Printing & Copying. This company started out years ago on the UT Campus as a copy shop.

Over the years, they've become probably the largest commercial printer in Austin. OneTouchPoint bought Ginny's a while back, it's a large national conglomerate.

OneTouchPoint is a full service commercial printer. That means they do just about EVERYTHING. And they do it very well.

I've been dealing with this excellent company for a long time. Larry is as good a salesperson as there is with tremendous knowledge of the field as well as a great personality.

He's only able to be this good because of the tremendous support he has from Steve, the best Customer Service Rep. there is. Steve too has exceptional knowledge, amazing attention to detail and is just a pleasure to deal with.

I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Great service & great product, even on rush jobs. Larry Bolden & Melissa take FANTASTIC care of us (despite the fact that we're a 'problem customer' who always needs something last minute). They are my go-to for all our printing needs.
