Best Pizza in Town! Seriously, the best thing is the prices are great & if you're dissatisfied they'll make it right. Friendly staff.

Ordered 2 large pizzas + garlic knots, delivered, on a Thursday evening. Quick and efficient service on the phone, delivery arrived on time (about an hour or just a little more), everything hot and tasty, portions very generous. Big slices with thin, crisp crust, and they don't skimp on cheese. Thanks!

Delivery was an hour late and when I called to cancel the order the woman who I spoke to anything but pleasant and pretty much treated me as if I should of known it would take 2 hours for a Stromboli to travel less than 2 miles. Nope just go to Fia's right down the road. They will treat you like a customer.

Disappointing to say the least
Ordered a meat lovers coal oven pizza after 45 minutes the waiter came over and said it just went in the oven but will be ready in a few minutes... this was on a slow rainy Saturday afternoon. 10 minutes later he delivered a burnt crust pizza that wasnt cooked on the bottom and said they messed this one up they re making u another... the next one came 20 minutes later even more under cooked then the first. I said check please and couldn t believe they actually charged us $2 more for the coal pizza after they screwed up both of them..., after reading the reviews I was really looking forward to it...
just disappointing.

Wonderful coal fired pizza option. Classic margarita is my favorite. I tried to take a photo but eating took priority.

The food is amazing and the staff is great! I highly recommend them if you haven t tried them yet.

This place is pretty good it is not the best Pizza from New York in Brevard I prefer michelli in Palm Bay

The new coal fired pizzas are excellent! Genna makes some of the best pizza in town. The owner is an awesome guy who will bend over backwards to make you happy.

Great pizza, but 30 minute promised delivery time ended up being an hour and a half...A phone call or offer of a discount because of the delay would have been nice rather than making me call after an hour and 15 mins.

Terrible customer service, delivered an opened half empty 2 liter.

Owner Charlie is a good guy. Cares about customers and his employees. Even former employees. He has a new coal fire pizza. Off the chain. So good. Can't beat his pie.i know pizza. Been in the business for 10 years. His dough (crust)is pretty tasty. Just eat the bones and find out. He has a second to none sauce. outstanding cheese .better than Grande.which everybody knows is the top-of-the-line. His deli meats are really good. Boars Head can't compare.

New York Style pizza with large slices. Pizza was a little bland, but not a bad value.

Great pizza and food ..poor customer service ... they just seem that they cant get the order right ... there running around with there heads chopped off... this time I went back ..pay alot of money and they cant get it right..should give me gas money for driving back and forth

Friendly staff. Large portions for extremely fair price. Great service.

Was craving spaghetti. Got lots (see picture). Fast, friendly service. Take-out was busy. This is my plate the next day after having ate my fill the night before so, believe me, you get lots of food for your money at Genna's!

Went in to get a coal fired pepperoni pizza. Delicious. But what I like most is how everyone there is always thinking about the customer. If they work there and see you, they ask if the food is good and do you need anything. They are more like a family and it's really nice to see. Love eating here.

Delicious stuffed and normal pizza - Had dinner with family and friends this evening but Charlie always treats my husband and his city of Melbourne coworkers fantastic as well! Super busy this evening so an expected wait but well worth it ! There s no good pizza in town except Genna Pizza!

This is the second time I ve had issues with this restaurant. The 1st time, you forgot to make my pizza, then burnt the 1st one you made, gave the second one away to the wrong person and I finally got my pizza after 40 minutes of waiting. I was also told my order would refunded and it never was. Today, you were considerably busy and once my pizza was done, it was sent to the warmer even though I overheard the cooks say it was to go three times, who by the way were cursing up a storm the whole time I was there. I had to tell one of your employees that, that was my pizza before I finally got it. Half of the crust was burnt by the way. I will not be returning to your restaurant again. Which is bummer because your food is great but your service is absolutely horrible.

They have such great pizza and its always delicious as well as fast and great hospitality from employees. Right on Wickham road if you are heading north down Wicham it will be half a mile from Pineda on your right in a shopping center next to a vape shop and on the other side is a TD Bank.

Best NY style pizza in Melbourne. The coal fire oven is amazing. But the traditional pizza is still my favorite in Brevard county. They are really busy on the weekends but they still take care of their customers with great service.

They have really great food at a really great price for the amount that you get. Besides pizza, I've had the chicken parmesan that came with a HUGE salad PLUS 6 garlic knots which are amazing, all for under $10! They also have the best chicken Alfredo I've ever had, that also comes with 6 garlic knots for under $10 as well. Definitely recommend!

First visit to this restaurant. Great staff, excellent food and service. We had the combination pizza and it was really good. Staff was very attentive and fun. Will certainly be back again.

Great pizza. However, waitress could be nicer. The server is such an integral part of the overall dining experience. I'll opt for takeout next time. :)

The Godfather Pizza is easily a top-10 pie I've ever had. The Peruvian wings are definitely some of the best in the county. Wow. Just wow.

Authentic New York Italian pizza from a gas oven or the open brick fired oven. Great food and a lot of it. Made by a real New York Italian. These guys are friendly, talkative and funny. It's like dinner and a show. Definitely be going back.

My new favorite pizza. I grew up working in pizzerias (my father was born and raised in Italy) in NJ and have had a rough time adjusting to the difference in food after moving to florida. I gotta say this place is excellent the owner made me some off the menu items and made sure it was exactly as expected. Great food at reasonable prices and absolutely top notch service. I will be a regular from here on out

One of the BEST pizzas thus far since moving to Florida from South Jersey! Plentiful pepperoni & onion, crispy crust but not burnt due to cornmeal dusting on bottom. Cannoli was EXCELLENT too!!

While dining in, I was approached by a young, over zealous man (perhaps the owner), who seemed more interested in selling deserts than anything else on the menu. There was also some rather loud music playing that most people over 30 really don't care to hear.
Overall, I'm sure they'll succeed.

The coal fire pizza was delicious! Also the cannoli cookies. Yum!!! You must try! Very attentive staff.
