Gillmore Security provides us with a high level of service. They have proactively introduced new technologies. Installs and updates have been well done. Monitoring is good. We use them at home and for our business.

The company we did business with for twenty years was always on the ball. A phone call to the alarm center or to the owner for customer service, was always answered by the 2nd ring.
They were recently taken over by Gillmore. Fancy website. Fancy stationary. Non-existent Customer Service. Can't get them to answer their phone or to return a call. I don't want to learn what will happen if we have a real emergency!

I've enjoyed every experience that I've ever had with Gillmore. They've monitored my home for years and I've utilized them at three separate businesses. Each business was certainly not cookie cutter and they took the time to figure out a solution that met both our operational and financial needs. If you're looking for a local security solution, I could not recommend them more.

In this day and age when people are so quick to complain (usually to get something for free), I want to take this opportunity to do the complete opposite.

Last week, your technician Dave Skeenz was at my residence for routine maintenance on my system.

Although a small gesture, he went above and beyond by changing a battery in a smoke detector not related to the Gillmore system in my home. As minuscule as that sounds, that smoke detector is at the top of a vaulted ceiling - making it impossible for a vertically challenged person like myself to get to.

After leaving my residence, I met Dave at our homeowner associations clubhouse where we have a card reader access system for entry to our swimming pool. One of the egress buttons had stopped working, and we were harshly warned by the health department that repairs needed to be made.

Dave made those repairs, and fixed the mess the previous company made. Dave also kept me up to date as to what he was doing, called me when he was complete, and even sent me pictures of the job he did.

Even dealing with Mike Pendegrast when we originally purchased our camera and card system was delightful because he did not use scare tactics by trying to get us to buy things we did not need.

It is obvious Gillmore strives for professionalism because it shows. Working as a police dispatcher for the last 29+ years, I have also observed the professionalism of the people in the monitoring center

All of the above is why I will always recommend Gillmore Security to people looking for alarm systems. You may not be the cheapest, but the slogan "you get what you pay for" rings true here.

Attentive service and honesty from the sales rep all the way through to the monitoring agents. I highly recommend.

The technician that hooked up our new system was professional and very efficient.

I want to update my original review. I walked away from my deposit with ADT and switched to Gillmore once I realized ADT refused to link smoke and CO2 detection to my system. My family recently had a serious CO2 incident in the middle of the night. Due to Gillmore Identifying the problem and dispatching real American Hero s our lives where saved that evening.

Gillmore had the products I needed to complete the job. The installation was completed with satisfaction and the tech took time to ensure I understood how everything worked. Highly recommended.

Gilmore Security is an excellent company to do business with. They have been my provider of choice for fire protection and security for all my property for the last 26 years. I can not speak highly enough about the quality of service and product. Highly recommended.

The first service was done on the wrong zone by the technician, had to call for service again to have it fixed right. Paying twice for the service is not fair. I had no problem paying for the parts but the first technician should have fixed the problem. The second technician took less time to do the same amount of work. It was not his fault that I had to have service on the same problem twice.

I have had Gillmore Security for several years now and they have always been responsive and professional. They are courteous and actually listen to what it is that you want and don't try to up sell or nickel and dime you with add-ons. The equipment is top of the line compared to some of the nationally recognized brands with professional install. The key panel is separate from the siren which is separate from the control panel, not like the companies that want to sell you an all-in-one unit. I highly recommend them to protect your property and family. My system has a cellular transmitter that is hidden to ensure fast reliable service in the event of an emergency and it allows remote control of the system from my smart phone.

The customer service, knowledge and professionalism has been great with the Gillmore Security team. The couple installers that we ve worked with have been extremely helpful with explaining our options and providing recommendations. Would highly recommend moving forward with Gillmore Security!

Very good alarm system unlike the dominant security company in the country who tries to sell everything. Gillmore is not pushy and will sell only what you need.

Gillmore Security has always responded quickly and persistently when service issues have come up at our properties. I would highly recommend Gillmore.

Crooks, they monitor personal phone calls. Thought it was kind of odd I suddenly started hearing an audible click everytime I was on the phone since buying their service. then one time I actually heard someone cough on the line. All I can say is BEWARE!

Shari was awesome. We were having issues with our prior security company....issues with the system not working, etc. Gilmore came in and corrected the issues and haven't had an issue since! Thank you ma'am!

The Gillmore team was thoughtful and professional. They installed everything neatly and discretely. Their touchpads and smartphone apps are all entirely intuitive and easy to use.

I've had Gillmore Security as a security system in my place for a little over 1.5 years and I've always had a good experience. Today I had an appointment with William and Howard because my system wasn't functioning properly. The guys were super professional, handled the situation and were out just as quickly as they came. I appreciate you guys!
