Online store refund policy is a scam. Refund policy manual available online via link from their online store shopping page, or by google search for "Store Policy", clearly promises refunds via original payment method. But upon attempting appropriate return the only refund offered was via a "prepaid card" which is not the same and has a maximum amount less than the amount charged.
