He helped us navigate through the stress of first-time home buying, all the time patiently answering our questions and concerns. He made us feel like we were his top priority. He was prompt and knowledgeable, yet took the time necessary to learn about who we were as people and what we needed throughout the process. Justin Ohnstad was the realtor we chose when moving for a government job. He worked with the relocation office and made sure everything was complete so that we received the most amount for our house. Justin was attentive, and any time we needed to talk, he was always available and quick to answer any questions.

Not good at finding good homes that don't need to be completely remodel

Buying and/or selling a home can obviously be an extremely stressful time. We just did both with Justin Ohnstad at ERA. Justin made the entire process exceptionally smooth. Not only did he meet our expectations, he took the stress out of it altogether. I honestly could not be happier with Justin and ERA. Erin was also great and checked in to see if anything was needed. Justin was professional, punctual, honest, straight to the point, and excellent at negotiating and managing the entire process. I think he had my home listed for less than a week before we had quality offers. He made the buying process equally as smooth. We found exactly what we were looking for in our new home. Justin won't feed you BS or pressure you into anything. He walks with you throughout the entire thing. I'll never use anyone else!
