Never again Giesswein, with the poor quality! What happened. I bought a pair of Giesswein slippers for my wife. After not even two full months, the wool flocking on the insole is off and the heifer rests on plastic. In addition, the shoes are extremely slippery on a slightly wet kitchen or bathroom floor and the profile of the sole is already partly gone. The shoes look a lot better than they really are. The seller only tells me succinctly: "There is no manufacturer fault here, but the slippers run through below as above. " Slippers that are not suitable to be worn for about five hours a day (and you are not constantly walking around during these five hours) are conceivably unsuitable for their purpose!
My fourth pair of shoes from Giesswein had a small material defect that only became visible after a few months. After describing my case, a 100% refund was immediately arranged. Conclusion: Not only are the shoes great, but also the service.
Any way to waste vacation time. It is a cold Polygon, outlet store far from nature. There is no cafeteria. Expensive and warm clothing. The quality of the clothes seems good but there are more interesting things to do during a tourist tour.

Nice company concept and a good business idea, in which I would like to have invested with my purchase. I also like the surface of the shoes (including design and material) but the sole is extremely cheap and does not fit the high quality "whole". The fit also looks as if the women's shoes was modeled after the male model. Thus, they unfortunately fall very far and globally. The order unfortunately goes back.

If I could give 0 stars that would be a lot. I ordered slippers from the online shop on December 14th as a Christmas present. On December 21st I ask because I can't track the shipment and then they tell me the article is out of stock. For this information you need 1 week? Ah go, stupid sammer net. Never again, thanks for nothing !!!!!
