I booked a service expecting a quick response, but the timing was far from what I anticipated. 🔒 While the technician was polite, the resolution took longer than necessary and I felt left in the dark regarding the process. Communication could definitely be improved, as it was hard to get updates. 🕒 There's potential here, but I think they need to streamline their operations and focus on customer service.
