I was briefly a patient of Dr. Kurland's. He was very rushed, and he didnt seem interested in my past disease history or me at all. I instantly knew he wouldn't be a good doctor for my needs and I asked to see a different doctor. There are several in the facility. They essentially said no and I would have to go somewhere else to see a different doctor. So that's what I'm doing.
Do not go to this place. They are crooks, they recommend unnecessary procedures. Then lie to you and say you have to have this done or we won't treat you. I'm currently working my insurance company to have them investigated for medical fraud. All they care about is stealing your hard earned money and defrauding the insurance company. Places like this are why insurance premiums are so high. Steer clear of these hacks!
I'm writing this because I was shocked to see so many negative reviews. I had an office visit where the whole staff (receptionist, nurse, nurse practitioner) were extremely kind and welcoming. A procedure was recommended and when I arrived for my procedure, again everyone was kind and comforting. At both appointments everything was thoroughly explained and each staff member I encountered asked if I needed further help or information. I feel extremely comfortable continuing my care at this facility.
I saw another doctor before seeing them due to insurance. The experience was so different, they showed me care and compassion for my pain. I am beyond grateful I chose to come to this place for a second opinion. I had a colonoscopy and I am a scardy cat, everyone was so so helpful and SO kind to me. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you for all that you do!
Dr Sheikh treats you as if you like you are a valuable person and very much cares about your health concerns
Well...I didn't have to wait. I have had 2 EGDs there. The results of my biopsies were vague. I was given good medical advice and I am better. Wish I didn't feel like I was herded through every time I go there.
Doctors are great but I wish I could say the same thing about the staff! It doesn't matter what time of day you call you will not talk to a live person!!!! Only answering machines. Call to try and get an appointment and sont get called back even 24 hours later. You literally have to blow up there line and plead with them for help! Its honestly unreal the way they operate and if it wasn't for the good doctors here I would highly not recommend this place! This place is obviously poorly managed and it shows.
This review is for Dr shake he is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met and I have known him for 20 years. He has a skill set that goes far beyond any other doctors that I know, he is very kind conscientious and extremely aware of your needs he shows this in his skill. His skill is amazing and his work is amazing and I can't say enough about him thank you for all you've done and keep up the good work. Respectfully yours, Michael price
Do not go to Dr. Rinesmith, I was in severe pain for over a week, with no reason why, no pain meds., no empathy, nothing. I would never go here again, the staff wasn t that friendly as well.
Very professional. Been a patient here a couple times over the years, always very quick procedure with no waiting. I have a slight phobia of needles and IV's and need to give kudos to Beth. Of the dozen or so IV's I've had inserted she by far was the best. Basically didn't even feel it. Dr. Sheikh, although a very busy, did take time to answer my questions and explain.
