GH Universal has many various "instagramable" spaces. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The staffs throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were so delicious, a wonderful selection, with stunning views, also the staffs were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times enjoyable (not making the guests waiting too much for the refill of the food). The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors at least you stay more than one night.

What I recommend most is the excellent service, the style and feel of the building is cool, suitable for those who like to take pictures. The parking lot is spacious and the location is good, just a little difficult to get into the hotel because it's round the corner. The rooms are normal. But the restaurant on the rooftop is nice and romantic for couples. Love it

The hotel is located in the North Bandung area on Jl Raya Lembang, there are rooms for meetings and weddings, spacious parking is easy to reach, cool and comfortable.

The rooms are narrow compare to equivalent hotels, and the elevator is limited, yesterday when there was a broken one, so it only functions one, making the elevator always full.

The hotel is amazing, the place is comfortable, lots of spots for good photos, (provide some simple costumes for photos, but don't overdo it because you usually have to ask permission)
The food is also delicious, the breakfast is also super delicious

Beautiful "renaissance" themed building. You can see Bandung city from the rooftop. The rooms are so elegant and the cuisines are very delicious too!

The room is normal, especially the bathroom, the smell doesn't use air freshener. For the normal price of 1.5 a room is not worth it. Nice view only for photos. Also, you can't bring SLR. Next Iphone 11 is also prohibited. The quality of SLR defeat the price of 1 unit motor

My bf got me the honeymoon package for our birthday. It was oke, i just a bit upset with the couple spa, bcs they don't have the couple room, so we need to separate the room for spa, they said bcs the spa is just open so it's kinda a new facility. But candle light dinner was so worth it, with a beautiful view. And for you who want a private candle light dinner it was totally cool. They also gimme a bucket of rose.

Love the architecture design and facilities. It also provide hotel for dogs, suitable for family who want to travel with their loyal canine companion. Strategic place, near mamy tourist attractions in Lembang.
