A hotel that has a high architecture unfortunately I don't have enough balls to swim in the weather in the lembang area

kamarnya nyaman ditambah pemandangan yang keren, pas banget saat nginap di sini dapat kamar dengan pemandangan hijau 'seger'
walaupun berharap dapat kamar dengan pemandangan kolam renang, tapi bersyukur juga dapat kamar dengan pemandangan yang oke. Toiletnya dilengkapi pintu menuju balkon, jadi pas buka pintunya langsung disuguhi pemandangan
makanannya bervariasi, dan bisa breakfast/lunch/dinner outdoor
pokoknya keren
nginap di sini serasa tinggal di luar negeri, hawanya sejuk/dingin, arsitekturnya keren

The atmosphere is beautiful, also comfortable for families

The architecture are the best so far, has huge room for double queen bed. And nice city view from the balcony, staff is friendly everywhere you walk inside the hotel they will greet you anytime. And also they have special event during holiday for children.

Lots of small photo spots here. Moreover, the swimming pool area is surrounded by hotel buildings with many windows. The view is really good. And service is also okay. The parking lot is also wide and the staff is very serving.

The outside is good but the palace is normal, the rooms are small, I can't say a 5-star hotel because it's not suitable compared to other 5-star hotels

I had high expectations with the looks and price, but only to find disappointment when I stayed there.

I deliberately arrived before 11 am to ensure I got a single bed request. Unbelievably the receptionist said that it was not available & I had to insist to get it.
The room was too small. The wardrobe & bathroom designs were off - very basic & did not match with the outlook. Not so comfy.

Despite a wide variety of breakfast menu, the taste was so so. The best was mango sticky rice.
Hospitality of most staff was good though.

here I eat at the belle roop top 24hours and the food here in my opinion is delicious and right on the tongue, the price is still worth the taste and the view is good, the eyes feel work with the European style building, lots of spots for photos here walo so many times it doesn't feel boring, the service is good and very friendly

The hotel is very cool ... there are lots of spots for photos, the feel of the castle is really, feels like living in a palace, the rooftop is also good, the rooms are decent, the food is good, there is a cafe too, there is live music, the pool is also good, comfortable living here, the kids will be happy too, there is a courtroom for meetings too. The location of the side of the road, but it is rather in the way, so if you don't know the standard, you have to slow down, near the farm house, there are also many tourist attractions, the same is also near the plumbing terminal ...

Great place, but on my last experience when i swam i found some moss on their swimming pool floor, but i found i good landscape from the rooftop i thought that was a good spot when you wanna take a photo

Comfortable place with cool architecture, there is a fridge and hair dryer, rooms don't use carpet yet, so you need to keep on wearing sandals because it's a bit cold, the toilet is also artistic there's an outside window that turns out the key so it can't be opened, to the closet doesn't have a toilet bidet, one of the minus for the hotel toilet

Good hotel, good interior and exterior. Designed as an old castle. Check in process no good, takes too long time before our room ready. Breakfast is good. Gym is no good, it's more to an empty room rather than a gym, less equipment. But overall the stay was amazing.

I stayed for 1 night there. It was a fantastic experience. Nothing negative. Really loved it. All the views and interior design are elegant. The room is comfy. Their service is also friendly, their staffs are good. The price doesn't lie to you. All worth it!

I stay with my family - 3 adults and 1 child therefore chose the Family Room - and got room no 228.

( + ) : This hotel have interesting exterior design and quite close with Lembang area so if you want to explore Lembang then this also can be considered. AC ok and water heater also good. Towel also clean and they have friendly staff
( - ):
- Interior design was feels old-fashioned. Some area and parts are not really clean enough.
- This room have bad views, do not take unless you only want to sleep (the view only roof of people s houses)
- They do not have clear info in their web, as this room give statement the price includes with the breakfast but in fact, if you bring 4 people which is as per family room standard, for the facilities will only cover for 2. Better this should be put in the description so customer did not have misunderstood.
- the Balcony was quite dirty, not well cleaned
- No information booklet or menu for room service until we request it.

I think this hotel still can be put in your list if you want to stay near Lembang area, especially if you only want to get sleep earlier and wake up and then just check out.

I arrived at 2 am and checked in quickly koo ..... people said check in took a long time ... ,,, but I got there immediately get a room ..... I was welcomed friendly by the staff, everything was good and good friendly ,,, i stayed in a deluxe double queen room, the room was big, the air conditioner was cold, so cool, i got a full view, really beautiful, the theme was rich in italy, so it felt again in the kingdom hehe .. ... then the food is delicious, the breakfast is very delicious ...
