I was literally on hold for 1.5 hours this morning and when it was finally my turn, they just hung up !!!! I heard for an hour and a half that there are 8 waiting, 7 waiting etc in front of me. When in the end there was only 1 waiting, it was just hung up.

It is impossible to look up the address online from a consulting firm. If I then come too late and I get this explanation on my head. And after indicating several times that the address cannot be found, this is still not adjusted. We are also very satisfied with the nurse and doctor.
