Dr. Boorsma is a 1st class general practitioner and person.

Not a good experience with Doctor Shave. There is absolutely no communication between the doctor and patient, but communication with the pharmacy is also very poor. Had to go after my prescription for over a month because it keeps getting wrong. Transfer to another doctor is also very bad!

Very long waiting on the phone. Long-winded menu and when calling back, this is often only hours later. Poor to reach and not customer-friendliness. How badly organized!

Gigantically long waiting times with an annoying band in which you can hear every 10 seconds that they prefer you to call back.

The actual doctors are fine, but the front office is really rare and unprofessional.

Bad organization. I called the emergency line. They would call me back. Did not do that. I then called 112. I am now on heart monitoring.

Long queue on the phone, you ask to be called back, they don't. Very difficult to reach, I can no longer speak to anyone at half past three?

Dokter den Boer is a great no-nonsense doctor. Skilled and a nice person.
