Absolute WORST customer service you will ever experience!! Trying to open a new wholesale account with them and they will answer the phones and push you off to someone else and never call you back. I would say don t waste your time as they clearly don t need more business.
Absolute WORST customer service. I work for Cumberland farms, we are suppose to get a delivery today and the driver screamed and swore at my employee because he couldn t get the key fast enough and then drove off. I called to see if we could get a delivery and the woman who answered the phone told me her drivers don t swear and yell...reading all these reviews I m positive that s a LIE. Then told me he was too busy to come back and do the delivery that s probably why he didn t want to wait for the key. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.
UPDATE the supervisor returned my call and stated he will give the driver a written warning, thank you very much for your professionalism and timely response! Today a delivery driver blocked me into my parking spot while I was in the store, then refused to move and laughed at me. I see in similar reviews aggressive delivery drivers seems to be a trend for Getchell Bros. Our shop mechanic is currently inspecting our own company vehicle for any damage that may have been caused by having to drive over curbs to exit my parking spot. I am waiting for the supervisor to return my call, and plan to update my review(s) awaiting the outcome of this call.

He refused to move and laughed at her while she was stuck in her parking spot, in our own company vehicle, and now running late for an appointment. We are still waiting for the supervisor to call back about this issue. One would think aggressive driving practices would be discouraged for Getchell Bros employees on company time in company vehicles. My wife has found and showed me similar reviews of aggressive delivery drivers for the Getchell Brothers inc over the last few years so this may not be the case. As business owners ourselves we would never treat customers or the general public in this manner and definitely would not allow an employee to in one of our vehicles on our time.
Power outage and they raised the price. That's price gouging! ! Talk about taking advantage when people are struggling!
