It is my fifth visit to Faunia since it was inaugurated, and this time it has been a great disappointment. Neglected and dirty facilities, neglect on the part of the staff .. With saying that nobody verified us the pass ... If it were not for the animals, that at the end of the day they are worth going to see them, it would have been very disappointing

Well ... it was the second time I went, really a bit disappointing for how expensive it is .... very happy.
There were very few bars open for a drink ... but with how expensive it is all done well do not open all.
Better to take from home what you are going to drink.

As a constructive criticism, I have to say that there is better notice of the restaurants that are open so that people with reduced mobility (and children in crisis due to hunger) are not 30 minutes walking looking for something open to eat.

A pity the truth, a long time ago I did not go and stop going to the zoo in Madrid because the water is green and in faunia is already the same, the facilities of the animals and leave much to be desired.

Being in my case a large family, they give you a 3 discount on a 3-year-old girl, you pay 18 for their entry and on top many facilities are closed by the covid, it is amazing.
Then the sources covered by security, which I see very well, but the water machines, which you have to press, are the water at 2 the cheapest and 3 the bottle of Coca Cola that you also have to press.

On the other hand, the signage is very bad and the facilities are neglected. I had already visited the park and it did not seem like much, but with this last visit I confirm that I do not think I will return because it is very expensive for what they offer.

It is a park that complements the Madrid Aquarium Zoo since it is completely different. Most of the facilities are covered so it is possible to visit it in winter without suffering the inclement weather. It is also appreciated that the facilities are not cement like in the Zoo, in Faunia they try to simulate the different ecosystems through rocks, plants or even storms scheduled every half hour in the jungle. It has few restoration points of which one or two are usually open, the good thing is that you can enter with food so you do not need to buy there.

When I went they were under renovation and I didn't like it very much because of that, there were things closed and some carelessness throughout the park. I hope they fix it because otherwise they take it clear.

We were not long ago and we got a pleasant surprise, the park is very varied in terms of animals and thematic areas, I recommend the area of butterflies and poisonous animals, we drew the attention of Dragons Comodo. Highly recommended to go with the kids, in a morning you can see almost everything. On the other hand and as a negative part, we find that, at 12 in the morning in summer, there was not a single bar or kiosk open, having to buy drinks in the machines, on the other hand we missed more information about attractions and their schedules. Otherwise well, the kids enjoyed.

We went to the Faunia Valentine's event with Penguins, comparing with other animal experiences in Faunia we were a little disappointed ... with the manatees the groups are small and very animal friendly. In this case we did not interact ANYTHING with the penguins, it was raised as something exclusive and we were 40 people. Normal dinner, neat dishes, except the main ... the sirloin medallions were breaded with something that was not specified in the menu. The event should have been called "Dinner in Faunia" and for the price you can have dinner anywhere else you love ... the treatment by the staff was very correct.
