Gervais Party and Tent Rental Review

Was grateful to stumble upon Gervais Rentals when planning my wedding. There is such a colossal selection. You can find everything and anything for an event that you're hosting.
We rented everything from chairs, tents (with lights), barrels, barware, napkins and more. The tents truly created a cozy and intimate atmosphere during the wedding- and it gave us peace of mind. Everything is easy- tent set up is fast and efficient. The staff are competent and friendly. After the wedding, all things were collected. We didn't even have to wash any dishes!
Truly is a gem. Would definitely recommend if hosting any event.. they'll have what you're looking for and at a reasonable price.

Every year, George and his team make our corporate golf tournament look top-notch.

From a logistics standpoint, they make it seem effortless as they erect the large dinner tents and then the high top tents on nearly every hole on the course, as well as setting up everything that goes under the canvases... bars, tables, chairs, easels, linens... Out of all the items on my event check list, I never worry about Gervais.

And as we had to pivot this year with the changes caused by COVID-19, I still knew that with their huge inventory and hard-working staff, Gervais would help us continue the event s high-end reputation.

Gervais was wonderful to work with! We had our wedding booked with a banquet hall and when COVID hit, we realized we had to cut our guest list and postpone. We didn't want to postpone, so we opted to have a small tent wedding in a backyard. Gervais was easy to work with and set up the tent in a timely and organized manner. There was a slight hiccup with the tablecloth colours we ordered, and they fixed it right away, bringing us the correct colour within an hour. The lighting, which was super important, was more than enough. Everything was beautiful and they helped make our day perfect!

They brought plain white table clothes and dishes, as opposed the the patterned dishes and colourful table clothes I ordered (and had watched them make a note of on the paperwork when I originally placed the order). When we called them the day of the wedding they accused us of lying and would only deliver the correct items for an additional fee and VERY hefty delivery charge. We paid it because at that point in time we didn t really have any other option, but it definitely added a lot of stress to our wedding day (and bank account). They were wonderful at the beginning when trying to convince us to give them our money, but once they had it they showed how little they truly cared about anything except how much money they could get from us.

Working with George at Gervais was amazing! I have never dealt with anyone more responsive and helpful! Our plans changed quite a bit with covid rules constantly changing and George made all changes and modifications without a fuss. The tent, tables, chairs and heaters were all amazing, came in beautiful condition and delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend Gervais and use them again for a future event. Thank you!

Gervais is a company that you can rely on to supply your party needs, but also a compassionate business. A team of people who ACTUALLY care about you and willing to listen to you and circumstances. We booked Gervais for our wedding pre-COVID. Original plans were for 150 guests. When COVID hit they were wonderful to work with!! They really made us feel important and were very understanding about having to cut back on our order due to number of guests. We rented the tent, table, chairs, linens, and table settings. Everything worked out perfect! The chairs worked in both the ceremony and reception areas. We were able to leave the sides of the tent open all night. I'd recommend Gervais for anyone looking to rent!

We booked Gervais for a small backyard party and used everything from plates, napkins and gold flatware to farm tables and chairs for our event. It was a gorgeous party and so classy. I could not have pulled it off without their help. The whole team was professional and efficient, and their delivery staff was kind and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

I recently used Gervais rentals for two events a birthday party and my sisters wedding - both experiences were wonderful! The planning process was smooth and easy, Harrison and John were both helpful and prompt when it came to responding to my million emails. Gervais Party and Event Rentals is always my go-to rental company. I work with Harrison mostly and he always takes such good care of me and my clients. The orders are always prepared perfectly and he is always flexible to the countless changes I request and always provides excellent guidance to help with my orders. Recently I worked with Darek who was equally accommodating and knowledgeable in providing guidance with a tent order, heaters and the rental order. Their on-site team for installation is exceptional.
