Best CHOCOLATE ever!! I couldnt imagine my children not having the same experiences as I with this INCREDIBLE chocolate. It's by FAR our favorite!! I would recommend to anyone that likes chocolate. It's not a Holiday WITHOUT Gertrude Hawk's Chocolate....
I was shopping with my son and sister and decided to drop in this store to buy us all some treats. I wasn't at all greeted when I walked in, which wasn't super unusual. But then I approached the counter with a simple question and two ladies (employees) were speaking to one another and didn't even spare me a glance. I said excuse me, but they proceeded to ignore me. Finally, when I was able to get their attention and asked my question, I was shocked at how sarcastic and rude they were when providing me an answer. I quickly decided that I was just going to go to a different chocolate store. I don't know what I did to deserve service like that, but I will never be returning to that store. How utterly disappointing.
Good chocolate but not worth the price. Gertrude Hawk, keep raising your prices and you'll be looking at layoffs. Your chocolate is not gold.
My boyfriend and I were in here, browsing. When we first entered, we were not greeted and the two women behind the counter just continued talking. I didn't think anything of it at the time. We were at the back section with the clearance because we're broke college students. We were just talking and my boyfriend put his hands on my shoulders, nothing more. The lady behind the register called over to us and said that we "have to keep shopping." It was very rude and uncalled for. One star for poor customer service.
They could cover poop with chocolate and I'd eat it
Mostly over priced. Smaller items are worth the price and it seems larger items are way more than they should be

Anytime I'm at the mall I have to stop here as I'm slightly addicted to their chocolate. Very quality and just absolutely fantastic. The staff are always pretty happy with a great sense of humor. Definitely like joking around with them as I'm choosing my fix. Hahaha.

One of my favorite places to get chocolate. Great deals on their seconds. Mary Ellen, the manager, is always super friendly and helpful in selecting chocolates and other goodies. All employees are always very kind and have a warm smile all the time. Nice job, guys, keep up the good work.
The best chocolate by far. It's really such a nice treat going to Gertrude Hawk Chocolate. Everyone is always nice and helpful and the discounted items are a good deal.
For as much as I love their candy I recently had their ice cream bar...HUGELY DISAPPOINTING!!
