The warehouse driver check in area is very neat and organized. Once you sign in you are assigned a door. There is a public scale that weighs in motion axle by axle that you must cross before and after being loaded. You have to press the button to engage the speakerphone; Proceed on green; Stop on red. Tandems have to be slid to the rear when backing into the dock. A scale ticket is processed along with your paperwork at the same time. I had to apply two load locks because of the heaviness of the load in order to protect the product from damages. I was there for almost three hours. It wasn't bad at all.

There is news spreading / showing that Gerawan Farming aka Prima, labels boxes with the packer s image and name to hold them accountable and penalize them for improperly packed fruit. Also that they overwork their employees and underpay them.
