I recently used Gastage.com to book equipment for a small event I organized. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products available. However, I found the customer service to be average. The response time to my inquiry was a bit slow, and the representative didn't seem very enthusiastic or helpful. Nevertheless, I did appreciate that they had a live chat feature, which made communication a bit easier. The delivery of the equipment was on time and the quality was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. Overall, Gastage.com did an okay job, but they could definitely improve their customer service and add more personal touch to their interactions. 🤔✨
