Don't seem to be in a hurry. If you delivering paper rolls make first right on Perkins or you'll have to drive around block because median. Don't come early. More than 3 trucks you'll have to go to truck stop. Walk in side door beside docks. Time Stamp paper work when truck pulls out pull in. They'll come get paper work

This is the worst place I have ever been too. Constantly sitting and waiting to get taken care of for hours and hours. As usual was here for over 3 hours today to be told the next shift change will be there shortly to unload you. This is total B.S.

Had a 1430 appointment time, got here at 1030 was in a dock by 1100 and was unloaded by 1206. Nice enough people, guy told me if you come in early, they can try and work you in. Not much room to wait, but easy dock to back into. Little truck stop next exit down.

For whatever reason, the guy on first shift to unload paper rolls takes his time. You can sit at the dock for hours before you even start getting unloaded. It makes no sense. Time is money. Why they don't reprimand him is beyond me. I guess they'd rather pay detention pay to the drivers, passing it on to the consumer, rather than ensure proper unloading procedures.
