Fun Place to visit and learn about our history in the beginning of the 21st century
Do you value a good deal? If so, don t go here. Total admission fee is at least $31.41 ($26.00 for the museum and $5.41 for parking). The majority of exhibits are photographs and placards. Bush s paintings of immigrants are currently on exhibit, and were interesting. Kids may enjoy seeing the replica of the Oval Office, and future generations who don t know of it may learn about 9/11 from the TV screens showing news coverage. The building is also notable. But is the total experience worth $31.41? No.
A really well done presentation on one of our recent presidents.
The W. Center is located in the campus of the beautiful SMU. The building looks grand and strong. The president s hand paintings are fabulous. All the exhibits reminded us great contributions and decisions by President Bush in the 9/11, and the following years. The tickets are fairly expensive.
Museum was beautiful. I just wish there was more content. You can literally go through the entire museum in about 45 minutes. This was probably the 9th presidential museum we have visited but one of our least favorite. The workers we encountered were courteous and helpful.
Go, man. Just go. But now that only a special exhibition is available right now. Still worth it.
Extremely knowledgeable staff. Packed with history.
There was a lot that occurred during his 8 years in office. The 9/11 section is poignant and informative. As well as the war on terror section. The White House section and oval office replica are awe inspiring. I was also very impressed with the Portraits of Immigrants exhibition. It should remain as a permanent addition.
