My mind was blown! My experience was great, the facility is huge and the service was excellent. This is my new go to Chevrolet dealership. And an additional plus is the service department is open on Saturdays til 4pm I think, good for those who can't take off work during the week day.

Excellent customer service from our service Advisor Demetrius. Very courteous and answered all my questions. Kept me updated and informed when my vehicle would be ready. I was very surprised by the fast service. Now as for needing an appointment for service, it's very disappointing and a big headache especially when other dealerships in the area don't require an appointment. I understand we're in the middle of an pandemic but an appointment for an oil change and/or other emergencies is ridiculous.
Everything was done online. It was easy and quick. This made my experience in the dealership less time. Katelyn and Ken were wonderful. They both worked with me to get the best deal. I am please with the monthly notes, but most of all with Katelyn and Ken. They were patient and didn't overwhelm me details. They told me what they had available and didn't try to give me something I didn't want. Thank you to the entire team.
Waited in the car for few minutes, the service representative came to my car and prepared the service order for oil change and tire rotation. Then waited in the nice lounge room, the car was ready in 30 min. My service was free because it was my first oil change. Overall, very happy with their friendly staff and promptness.
The lady who checked my car in for service was very pleasant. I forgot her name but it started with a D. They got done with my vehicle servicing before my expected time frame. Great waiting room. Thank you

Pretty skeptical when it comes to dealerships, read lots of reviews and did my homework before handing my C8 Corvette over. So many good things to say about the crew at Matick. Owen, my advisor was super helpful and knowledgeable about my service and what was going to happen with the car, as well as Ryan the service tech who worked on the car. This was the first time ever getting my 2019 Chevy equinox serviced there. Employees are friendly, service is quick & was also given a coupon for a free $4.00 wash to the carwash which is awesome! I definitely will be back
We walked in, and met our sales rep Darcy, who was such a nice gentleman and very easy to work with. We explained what we were looking for and he had some options for us. Every step of the way, Darcy made it easy and we never felt pressure to make a purchase. We had to get our paperwork, etc., in order, he gave us suggestions to get it accomplished quickly, and we were able to drive away with a new Equinox LT that day! We were very impressed with the entire George Matick Dealership. From the greeter, to Darcy, to Bailey in the Finance Office. Everyone we encountered along the way was so nice and helpful!
