Terrible company I garantored my son they completely constant harras me regarding payment, phone calls, emails, even if it's a day late they are sending emails I would not recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of being a garantor

Disgusting level of service by this company. Constantly harassed by them. they will call you about 5 times in a day even if you have requested a specific call back. Received an email regarding the covid19 situation due to my significant reduced hours and pay. Not once did they respond to my 3 emails but just kept calling me and sending emails out. When you wish to escalate your complaint surprise surprise there are never any managers to speak with ! do not use. had to give them one star so i could post this
After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with this woman, going through all the soft credit search, asking the same questions over and over. Asked me what the loan was for, gave her the reason why. Put me on hold twice saying she just needed to check something. They tell you your guarantor has been accepted and loan has been approved and give you false hopes via numerous emails and texts. She told me that they have a cap for holiday loans and consolidation and they dont tell you upfront at all! Said she tried her best to make the loan affordable for me but she can t do it for me, mind you she added 2k on top of the original loan amount. Stay away!
The experience I have had with this company is outstanding the customer service and speed of service is second to none.
Used this company as thought they were a professional decent organisation turns out their behaviour is no better than than BULLY BOY LOAN SHARKS, they try to take payments early then harass and bombard both you and your guarantor if the payment is a minute late (sounds like exaggeration but its NOT), on the day they try to take the payment (early or not), you will get at least 4 texts, 4 emails, and your guarantor will also have been contacted and told they HAD to pay because the payment was late by 1 day, if it goes any longer the harassment continues and escalates, the texts and emails continue for both you and your guarantor but the phone calls start demanding payment God only knows what they will resort to if God forbid you were more than 5 days late (regardless of the reasons a payment may be late) Even if you pay using the system they tell you to make the payment with the harassment continues via text, email and phone telling you that you are in arrears, even when you've paid them!!!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH YOURS OR ANYONE ELSES BARGEPOLE, THEY ARE BULLYBOY LOANSHARKS IN MY OPINION

My son has a loan with them. I am the guarantor. I wish he'd asked me for one! They are a nightmare. My son had to get his bank card replaced so following their being told he did send his monthly payment via bank draft and they took the same amount from my account! I'm furious since I was abroad at the time and I'm still waiting for money to be returned to my account!!@@@@@$%#
Genuinely appalling loan company. Their checks on Guarantors are shocking. Apparently on one phone call, the advisor can tell the mental health state of someone.. makes me wonder why these advisors don't take over from Doctors.
Poor customer service, we took a short term loan out had no intentions for having it full time. We started our own business and finally after 7 months of having it had enough money to clear a few of our debts! This was one priority we wanted to sorted first. Which we are entitled too. When calling up asking for a settlement and getting questioned why? And how? And I wanted to clear it before next payment was due or yet more interest goes on. But getting told it could take up to three days by then more interest goes on and next payment due out. Don t get what s the problem with me wanting to clear my high debts to financially better myself and have less debts going out, it s like they don t want me too so I have that monthly payment to pay plus interest. Having that high monthly payment and now knowing I can financially clear it I feel much better knowing starting my business paid off. Looking to now buy a house I want most of my debts out the way and paid off which I m entitled too. To how I got it some people do take out loans to better there selfs not always get in more debt, I had a clear aim to get the loan clear it within that year. Not every person stays in same financial path all there life, people can end up earning more money. I don t want to pay a monthly payment for four more years and pay more interest if I have the money to clear this and get rid of this monthly payment. I m thankful the loan helped me and now I am at a time in my life where I can have no debts or outgoings I don t need.
Absoultly brilliant never thought I'd get a loan with such poor credit but after talking to the staff which I must say were very polite and professional I did now im the owner of a lovely new car thank you x

Can t give zero but would. Have money in my account for the payment but they say it can t go through automatically so I may have to do it manually over the phone every month and if I miss payments because they are not taking my money out then more money will be added. Phone calls cost as well and they keep you on hold for a good while. Seems like they are trying every trick in the book to get more money out of people. Avoid
Helpful staff and willing to sort out any issues. Would prefer a more expansive website (with details such as remaining amount left and maybe some budgeting tools), but generally no problems... yet

Horrendous customer service, you make contact and they state the lines are busy (high volume of calls) and they will contact you, you never hear from them then they send threats because they haven't heard from you.

It was a great opportunity for a person like me, with bad credit score and without a "good" guarantor. There is a bunch of us out there that are difficult to get acces to a loan to because our score, but in reality we know that we can afford to get a loan. For that is George Banco Ltd.

I took a loan with them a year ago, and after 1 year wanted to call them to settle my loan fully and found out that i had to pay more than the original amount borrowed.
Called many times to get this resolved and long time on hold. Requested a call back , they were ringing once and hanging up. Obviously now everyone blames COVID-19 for everything even though all the staff are working from home unmonitored so they pretend that they re working hard.
Made a complaint which took more than 3 months with no response. And its again COVID-19 !!!!.
I just want to settle with them and forget about this company s existence.

At first I didn t think this company was the real deal but then I had spoke to a lovely lady that took me through it and done all the checks and paper work and then had the money in my account in a few hours once paid it all back I will use them again
So helpful and friendly, talked me through everything and made sure it was the right thing for me.
The experience is good the only problem is that you need a guarantor if your credit score is bad. Thanks Karl for your professional advice.
