Went to the Gorge for a concert and enjoyed the experience. Below are my thoughts...

Parking...arrived late and about 20 min before the main act went on. Had star parking, bought through Ticketmaster, and had no issues. No line to get in and found a spot close to the gate. Super easy to park. Parking is on the grass and there are gravel roads between aisles. Left almost near the end of the encore and had no issues getting out. No waiting except for drunk people to get out of the road. They had two lanes dedicated on the road to traffic leaving which was nice.

Getting in...because I got a special vip ticket we had a dedicated gate and had no waiting. Super easy.

Bathrooms...here is the downfall in my eyes. There are only portable bathrooms and there were not enough for the size of the crowd. Lines were ridiculously long. I only saw two spots for bathrooms and could not believe the lines to get in.

Seating...I sat in the front row in section 101 and the view was okay. It was right up to gate of the pit section and could see 80% of the stage. If the pit was full and people were forced to stand by the gate, it would have been an issue since I m not tall. It appeared that all of the seating level is flat and there there is no incline as you move further back. Until you hit the lawn. The lawn was jammed pack with people and I was super exited to have a dedicated seat. I couldn t have imagined arriving late and trying to find a place to sit on the lawn.

Overall the venue was nice. The view is amazing and the sound was awesome. Security and staff was very friendly. Camping is an option as my hotel was mosses lake but that is not my cup of tea.

The best concert venue Washington has to offer!!!! Gorgeous views, beautiful weather and the best sound quality ever!!! Parking, campgrounds and ampitheater are wheelchair accessible. If you have an opportunity to see a show here, do not pass it up. You will love it!!!

This venue is incredibly unique. The Columbia River Gorge is the perfect view from the main stage and the hill offers plenty of seating. Max capacity is 27,500. If you love live music outdoors, this amphitheatre is a must have kind of experience.

Best venue hands down. You can be on the grass or get close to the stage to dance on the pavement. Grass is on a hill, true amphitheater style. Don t know how red rocks even comes close - you can only sit there and looks cramped.

The best amphitheater! We saw DMB there and loved every minute of it. There are tons of food and beverages to choose from. Seating can be a little uncomfortable so bring cushions! Honestly, it's worth it... Worth the drive/flight, worth the walk from parking, worth every penny!

My first time there ever a few weeks ago to enjoy the Above and Beyond music festival. What an amazing event and an even greater venue!!! It is 100% absolutely beautiful here. The venue staff did a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean abd stocked full of toilet paper. Some of the best views on the west coast are right here!! Can't wait to go back.

This venue is truly a breathtaking and life changing experience. We camped there over Labor Day weekend for a 3-day Dave Matthews concert/festival, and it was beyond amazing. The venue is beautiful with the most amazing backdrop behind and all around the stage. The sound is fantastic. There's tons of food options, and while they are still the kind of pricey you would expect from a concert venue, it's not your typical pizza and beer kind of choices. Everything I had was delicious, gourmet level food. And the event staff were so incredibly nice and friendly, even the police who worked the venue. The only thing you might possibly find difficult is the climb up and down the lawn area if you want a closer spot. But even the campgrounds were phenomenal, very well maintained (yes, even including the port-a-potties "Honey Buckets), they had mobile showers that were very clean, and a little food court and shop vendor area that also had great variety and awesome quality. And they even have a little General Store just outside of the amphitheater and at the campground for any small thing you might need. This was my best friend and my first time here and we are planning on making it an annual trip.
