Worst company ever! Trying to get a hold of them without an account number is impossible and the website they have offers no other way to reach them. Hope the company burns down and goes bankrupt!
Never heard of them before. Not sure how they got a hold of my account info but they started pulling money from my account! Disputing the transactions with my bank now.

Charged my card somehow even though I've never ever heard of this company and I live in Illinois. Been calling the buissness for 2 hours yet still no answer. This is absolutely pathetic to run a company like this.
They took a payment out of my account without my knowledge and then asked me to stop taping the call. I told them I was going to cancel, send a money order for the payment and if I am charged for anything else, I will sue them.
This company sent my husband an advertisement and then activated the account without his permission. Now I have to pay or they will screw his credit. Anyone know of a federal complaint department that I can file with?

They are so bad after I completely payed off the bill they told me I still have $ left to pay! They have HORRIBLE service, the google rating says it all. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Its a SCAM don't sign up!!!!

This is the second time I have made my credit card payment via Money Gram(instant payment) and it has been 3 business days and my payment of 222.61 has not been applied to my account as of today. The payment was made on a business day at 10 am on 07/10/2020, whats the problem, where is my payment? When I made the payment on Friday my balance owed was 222.61, I paid that full balance, now the balance due is 272.20 because the payment I made on 07/10/2020 was not applied to my account in a timely manner. It is a wire transfer, if I pay my car note by wire transfer it is applied to my account, if I send money via wire transfer to you, you can pick it up the same day. What is the problem? Why are my payments not being applied? Your getting close to fraud, because now you are getting interest off the full balance not being paid because the payment has not been applied. I want this fixed today and my balance corrected.
