Generation Mortgage took the home I designed and my late husband built
because I could not repay them $3000 on THAT day!
The $3000 was a reimbursement for money they had used to pay taxes.
In fact, they were supposed to be billing me monthly for the taxes!
I was told to borrow the money from family/friends or use a credit card.
I do not have family or friends from whom I could borrow the money...
nor do I have credit cards with $3000 credit limits.
I told them I would be glad to pay what I owed
but I would have to make monthly payments as I am retired
and have a limited income.
I had just gotten an estimate for roof repairs as the roof was leaking.
I did not have $3000 for them and money to resurface the nearly 4000 square foot roof.
They have resold the property at a loss of HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars!
I am told that the house was filled with mold...I imagine from roof leaks!
The house was vandalized when vacant.
I feel vandalized!
I hope Generation Mortgage does not VANDALIZE you!
