Great people when you meet them. They offered me drinks and coffee. The head of the consulate also greet us with welcome. Very typical Indonesian hospitality.

Very unfriendly and impossible to get hold of by phone. Even during calling hour nobody answers the phone.

Very unfriendly and rude . Says on the website that when you re applying for a visa you have to pay the fee in advance and show It to them. So I paid and at the end it didn t work out to do the visa in Frankfurt. I don t even get the money back and then they re asking me in a rude way why I even paid it already, IT SAYS IT ON THE WEBSITE! I tried to call them about 10 times before I went to double check if I can t pay it when I m there . But no one ever answered the phone .What a waste of money and time honestly ..
only one young guy from the consulate was ready to help me and was friendly. All the others don t give a s*** about you.
Just try to do your stuff somewhere else ..
