First, this is a recruiting company not a temporary agency. They are looking for best fits for you and the company. They believe in you, if you are you. Be yourself and be honest. You can be. That is the first huge difference. I am going to be completely honest, this is the best professional agency I have worked with. And its not even close. I had a very rough hiatus from work. Almost a year. I had met with other like companies including Robert Half, Adeco, Externetworks etc. I ended up calling RH and telling them I didn t want to do business with them. They were terrible. They would not call back or return emails. The others were in it for themselves. I met Chris at Aeroteck/ Aston Carter and this guy cared. He cared about me. He cared about my career. He cared about what I had been through. He called some days just to see how things were going. He stuck his neck out for me. Who does that anymore? Where do you find that? Well, here, but since I did, I want to make sure others understand that too. This place is going to help you find what is best for you. I had a good background, with some very large international corporations. That was not the setting for me and he knew that. He found the perfect fit for me. He got to know me. That s the difference. When Aaron, his boss, called, it was like speaking to a coach. It was uplifting. It was positive. I ll say this: Chris, Aaron and co. have no clue how much they helped me and my family. They helped us in a very difficult time in our lives, which brings me here. There is NO BETTER PLACE in Fort Wayne. Trust me. I tried it. I struggled through it. I lived it. If I can help someone who is reading this avoid the frustration and go with a place that is in it for you, I will. Reach out to them, get on their website, or give them a call. They will help you. I can guarantee you that! Good luck and you will NOT be disappointed!

Very happy with this company from start to finish. I worked with Emily Lewis in Fort Wayne, and she invested a lot of time making sure she understood the requirements of both myself and the companies involved. Would absolutely recommend for recent or soon-to-be college grads.

They won't call you back when they say they will and ignore your voice mail. Great quality, not! You guys are terrible. Can't keep to your word and it gets old trying to get ahold of you because you can't make an effort to call when you say you will. Don't waste your time with this place!

I had someone at my job getting me in and I just needed to go through a temp since that's how they hire you. Recruiter kept telling me it wasnt possible for me to get a job there we won't be able to get you in they're just not hiring right now. Insisting I pick this job he keeps pushing on me. Well that's weird because I already talked to them and they said I was in. Next day aerotek calls back.. Yea we'd like to offer you the position over there...lol But I thought it wasn't possible.. 6 months go by and I'm getting hired in permanently. My last week I had 8 hours OT which doesn't seem like alot but I mean it's over 100 bucks Im missing from my paycheck. I called and told them and they said oh yea well get that out on your card next week. Next week rolls around oh we send out a check since its the last time you get paid. 3rd weeks comes around nothing still. About ready to contact an attorney. Moral of the story is these people don't care about you these people are not your friends they make money off you and that's it. once you get hired in, your dead to them.

When I was looking for a job, Dan O. of Aerotek got me several quality interviews. Not one was a waste of my time. He took time to find out about me and what I like, what I was looking for and what skills I had that I may have missed on my resume.

I could not be happier with my decision to work through aerotek. They took all the work out of finding my job. And now I'm hired in, at the best job I've ever had with a great shot of making this my career. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. This company sucks.. Thought I was making a good decision taking a job with them.. However neither them nor AEP can send in insurance information to the BMV while driving a company vehicle. This company is Red flagged!

I absolutely LOVE my handler, She calls me to make sure I am happy at the job, calls me the night before and the morning of an interview to make sure I am prepped and confident. Has me check in afterwards to talk about how it went. Couldn't ask for a nicer group

This is one of the more professional "temporary" employment places in town. A lot throw a warm body in just to fill a position for a company, they will get you a good place for your skill set and actually will contact and support you. They called me at certain times just to make sure I was happy with the placement and my treatment at the job and administrative pay issues were made very clear. it can be a challenge communicating, between administrations of two companies and they are very professional about. Thanks Ashli Rice recruiter and my Handler friendly personal and caring, when most want to just stick you to fill an open position and what's best for the temporary company not the case with this professional and the staff. Givem a try!!!

I really regret working for this agency. They don't get things worked out like they should. Their are always problems when pay day rolls around. They play with people's money.! Don't waist your time working for a place like this. Their employees do not come first. They're rude and they have a huge turn over rate.!.

I was surprised at the legitimacy of this staffing agency. It was so much more than a temp agency to me. It was my opportunity to get established in the factory industry, and out of food and retail.

They keep in check with you, and if you had any problems, they wanted to hear about them (just, please remember to be respectful!! I know people who definitely threw themselves under the bus by being very unprofessional and immature)...

I had problems logging into their time clock site, but after every week, I e-mailed my hours worked into HR and they approved it by Monday so I could be paid on time!!!

I LOVE Aerotek and would love to go through them again, if I need to. I would and have recommended them to everyone in need!!!
