Coming from a truck driver employees are so lazy they always keep me waiting 3 hours to load/unload me they need to grow up and do their job

Coming from a truck driver's perspective, I'd like to state that I am deeply dissatisfied by the conduct displayed by every employee I encountered at this plant. From the gate guard, to the shipping and receiving office, to the guys unloading. I'm not sure why the morale is so low, but it really should be addressed on a management level. As a driver, I deal with all types of stressful things but I don't take them out on anyone. The condescending remarks and overall lack of professionalism is an absolute problem. I know for a fact I am not the only only one who has encountered this issue.

Was a little leary after reading the reviews, but our experience was great! Friendly guards, receiver, and unloader!!! In and Out in less than 30 minutes!!
