Always good service in store, and quality work on all the fences they have built for me.

Ordered a gate in July and was told it'd be ready in about 2 weeks. Well it's been 2 months. I tried giving them space, being landscaping season, but never got a call for any update and had to repeatedly check in myself eventually leading to a refund.

Made an appointment and after a mistake on their end and them not showing up, made a second appointment. They didn't show for second appointment either. Waited 2 weeks for them to not show up.

They came out and measured for a estimate, four calls back for said estimate and no word. Going on two and a half months

The qualitly of work is amazong. However since the work is so good they have a lot of business and it can take a little while for them to get the fence built.

Everybody was extremely helpful and I found everything I needed
