I was told my first three years of maintenance would be complimentary. This was not the case. I took my car in for its first oil change at 3,500 miles because it was already a year old and the oil had probably been sitting in it since they got the car in late 2019 early 2020. They told me because I am not at 7,500 miles the complimentary services aren t valid yet... so I went ahead did it anyways out of my own pocket. I arrived at 7:50 for my 8:00 appointment and 1 1/2 hours later I m still waiting for a simple oil change.

I'm on my 3rd vehicle from here. I have loved my first two sonata's. Never had an issue with them. Drove both of them at least 60k miles each. Just recently got a palisade and the whole family loves it. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. Thanks!
