I'm a fan. I first visited the office over 35 years ago when I had a very serious muscle problem with my jaw. Dr. McCoy solved it in short order and I was able to return to a normal situation. Over the years Dr.McCoy, Margret, Dr. Tom and all the other professionals have provided me with the utmost in care, treatment and recommendations. They have truly been my lifeline.
I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. McCoy's for over 35 years. The quality of care is outstanding and the results long-lasting. His emphasis on preventative steps has greatly benefitted my oral health. The office is run effectively and they are very respectful of your time. I have to travel 35 miles for appointments, but could not envision patronizing another dentist's office.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Margret and Gene McCoy, DDS for over thirty years. I have all my teeth, thanks to Margret and Gene McCoy. I love them both dearly, they are amazing people, they are dog lovers, and extraordinary humans that give back to their community tenfold.
Did I mention Gene is also the greatest Dentist on earth. I forgot to mention Tom, another Dental prodigy, how can so much talent exist in the same office, I hope he takes over when Gene retires. Talk about painless their team wrote the book on painless. I have more anxiety about what to order for lunch, than I do going in for a crown or cavity fillings.

Not only is the admin staff beyond nice, they are really good at follow-ups.
The actual dentists are the best I've ever had. They kindly explain everything to you instead of just going right in.
They actually provided me with some current literature showing that what my previous dentists had been telling me about my gums receding was based on myth.
I've never been to any medical professional with this level of attention and care.
I've been a client of Dr. McCoy's for 456 MONTHS (do the math!) They've watched me grow up and now 4 other immediate family members have been going here for over 10 years each. The service Dr. McCoy's team provides is unmatched by any other. We live in the Easy Bay and make the 80 round trip because of the quality of service provided. The warm, pleasant, and professional service we receive from everyone here is grade "A". With Margaret greeting us at the door or on the phone to Dr. McCoy and Tom providing EXCELLENT service, Maya supporting Gene during my oral work, and the assistants who support the office; this team makes us feel like valued family. I have been a patient of Dr. McCoy's for over 30 years, which says a lot. I can't recall all the primary care physicians I've had over the same time period and none of them have been memorable. Gene, Margaret and Tom are all friendly, warm, competent, efficient and gentle. I'm sure there aren't many people who look forward to a dental appointment but I always find it to be a very positive and relaxing experience. My husband and daughter are patients of Dr. McCoy as well and I always recommend him to friends that need a referral.

The office is incredibly efficiently run and responsive--always in and out on the dot, accessible, follows up and will fit you in if you must see a dentist quickly. Plus, they know what they are doing with my teeth as well as they work out a dental plan i can afford. From Margret, to Mia, and of course Dr. McCoy all seem to be professional and love their jobs.
