I recently used this firm for some financial advising. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the personalized attention I received. However, the overall process seemed a bit disorganized, and I found myself having to follow up multiple times to get updates on my account. While they ultimately delivered the service, I think they could benefit from improving their communication and follow-up procedures. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
