My experience at this business has been rather aggravating to be discriminated against for being your self playing around and joking around and they take it the wrong way. Me personally I think that is wrong to treat someone bad for being there self .
Picked up a small load of tire pellets 3 pallets to be exact TBD to Gilbert AZ. Security very tight (a plus) Shipping personnel very polite just took us 45 minutes to get loaded could've been taken care of within 30 minutes or less.
I worked at this company for almost 3 years. I honestly don t see how I stayed around after my boss Brian Benton left. The management at the time was and probably still is a joke. The company doesn t value thier employees like they should, I was a valuable asset with hardly any days off for the whole year. As well as a great employee and a great operator. And I m taking time out of my day to write this to give any employees seeking a full time job to just forget about trying to actually move up in the company or to be treated right. It s all politics and favoritism. Sad that this company I once valued as a great company has fallen so low. Good people with good worth ethics have been let go or have left for horrible reasons within the office. Sad!! I hope that this company sinks or gets bought out. It had so much potential. Sad to see it sink so low over the years.
they take too long to load it is an odyssey of lost time I have been 5 hours and nothing rating or a star is a lot for them but it is mandatory to put it
I have been with the company now over a month and I am very impressed with the high quality of work ethics and safety concerns for the workers the management all the way down to the labor workers are very kind and concerned about my welfare as a new employee. I feel very fortunate to be a part of a company that not only talks about good things for there workers but actually dose what they say.
Someone fell into a tire shredder here in 2018 and died. Worker beware. Google this for more info.
Great shipper. If you have a flatbed they are fast. And the loaders know how to load a flatbed.
