I have never experienced such bad service in all my years.

has had a water leak for 2 years.
they don't come when I ring, they throw the receiver.
In the meantime, my laminate floor has burst because of this water leak.

their caretaker.
lets himself in and robs the fridge when not at home.
so I have a contact ban against that.

know better to solve everything yourself by now.
you have nothing to do with them !!!

and you pay service costs for that.
lax dogs !!

Just leave yourself at the door for hours to hand in keys that can be thrown in one box in the hall !!

advice for people having things to get done,: be there early, or expect to wait for 30+ mins

I stopped my contract in February 2016. Few months later they payed me out some money. After that I had to pay them above 100 for heating. For only 2 moths! And now again tey payed me out 50 over payed rent. It's a madness.

1 star is actually still too much. This "social" rental association is anything but social. Are not ready for tenants. If you have problems with your home, do not expect them to come and solve it, nor will complaints be heeded. BE AWARE! Do not rent here !!!

Great help after the sudden death of my husband, also at my new home and delivery of my old home. Rent for almost 44 years now and to satisfaction.

The worst housing agency ever. Had very bad experience with them.

Avoid renting a place from this organization at all costs.
