Location wise quite nice to live. One of the noisiest places I've ever lived. The proliferation of playgrounds, climbing tracks, grooming equipment or art in traditionally beautiful parks is a form of nature pollution in which the Municipality seems to be properly proficient. Parks must have an economic function for this municipality, as a stage for events or 'attracting visitors' to play sports or play and are increasingly becoming a kind of marketing instrument for obtaining votes for parties of aldermen. It is a pity that we can no longer just leave a park a park and enjoy that little bit of nature around us.
It is also strange that no policy is made for healthy elderly people, while they still represent a large percentage. Elderly people only count if they are sick or need care. (But that seems to apply throughout NL - it is not specific to this municipality - but it is very clearly felt here).
In short, as long as you accept this until you are old, sick, weak and nauseous, it is good to stay in this municipality. Are you more or less healthy and do you want a balanced society in which there is room for everyone, I advise you to move to the province.
