Don't take any guff from these swine. They are a bunch of incompetents. I'd be surprised if the pharmacist was literate. Hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. Please just go to Walgreens. It will safe you from headaches that this place will delver alacarte with a side of idiocy.
In early March 2021 Gem Pharmacy Colorado has distributed emails stating that they have a very large amount of vaccines. I have promptly registered on line and also called to schedule. The Gem Pharmacy receptionist told me to expect a call "later in the day or tomorrow". When I called "tomorrow", I was told to wait till "next week". It has been 3 weeks now, still not appointment, even though I am long eligible. These may be fraudsters as they have ask my insurance information. Avoid this company.
Probably the worst pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. I think I will stick to national brands and avoid this place.
So amazing! It is hard to find a pharmacy that has fact, efficient service as well as great customer services. GEM does it all.

This is the only pharmacy that I will ever use. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for years, and it did not take long until I was on a first name basis with everyone there. The staff even know and love my dog and bearded dragons (lizards). Try taking a two-foot lizard and a 70 pound dog into a big chain pharmacy; they probably wouldn't like it much :-). At GEM, they are given affection and treats. They will also deliver your medications right to your front door. Best Pharmacy Ever!

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff are so rude on the phone whenever questions are being asked. Awful customer service. They talk to you like you are causing them so much inconvenience. You ll be better off elsewhere!

This is a great little pharmacy located in the Swedish Family Medical Center. Therefore, it is always easy to grab your prescription right after a doctors appointment if your doctor is located in the building. However, I would recommend this pharmacy to people even if their doctor is not located in the building. The staff is always extremely polite and friendly. If they do not know you on a first name basis they sure seem as though they do. They are always willing to help and go the extra step to contact your doctor to get your prescriptions filled. They also deliver which is great for people with mobility and transportation limitations. I would say that the only downside to this pharmacy is that they are not open on the weekends, but that is likely due to the fact that they are located in a doctor's office building which are usually close on weekends.
