I took my car in for an alignment. It was way out of alignment. They said the lower control arms needed to be replaced before the alignment could be done. They wanted $1,000 for the job which isn't too far out of line considering the time it takes to do the job. But I don't have the money to pay them to do it so I did it myself. And what a job it was. I took my car back down to get the alignment done and they came up with some bologna excuse as to why they couldn't do the alignment. It was a lie. They didn't even try to do it. The only thing the guy had was a hypothetical situation but they could have easily verified whether or not that was the problem. They didn't even have any other ideas on what was supposedly wrong. And this is a mechanic shop? Lies, tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies. Basically they refused to work on my car because I replaced the lower control arms myself. I would not recommend them based on my experience of flat out lying to my face. Notice how the management responds to 5 star reviews with a "thank you for letting us work on your car" note but completely ignores the 1 star reviews? That says a lot right there.

My family has used Jeffrey s for a number of years now. They have always been friendly and performed quality work. When they replaced my A/C compressor and it failed less than two years later due to another part failing, they still replaced the compressor since it was under warranty. They have also replaced my front CV axles and other work as well and it has always been high quality work and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
The staff always greets me warmly, a real family environment, and never try to upsell like others I used before.
It's hard to even put a price on a mechanic you can trust. I've been a customer for years, and I've never been even a little disappointed. The work is always first class. It's always on time. The whole staff goes the extra mile.
They were polite but my opinion is because I am a senior woman they told me the rotors and brakes on all 4 wheels should be done. However; I did explain I needed only the front done ( the Ford place in my hometown had done the rear months previously ) They then gave me an estimate for the front... and a verbal estimate for the rear. I recently moved to the Denton/Ft Worth area and have met many wonderful kind thoughtful people.... and many businesses that want to scam women. I will not recommend them to anyone. That is my opinion based on my experience.
A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jeffrey s Automotive!! They did an amazing job with My Tahoe! They even went above and beyond to fix my back panel that I thought they wouldn t be able to get to!!
