UPDATE girlfriend had an appt there they waited till she was there to tell her she needed to reschedule because they had no nurses to be avalible for the operation.. this is about a month after my first post, we will be seeking a new better hospital,, even the VA hospital is better then this....................................
Staff make appointments and only do a small part of what was scheduled, staff call you to let you know you still have a sickness when no results have come in yet, it is for us comparable to a hell on earth, constant bad information causes stress to rise and depression to start, they are making there own depression patients

Recently called this so called hospital and off rip the operator I attempted to speak with was acting like her line was breaking up and when I was asking about a check up I was told that they could not do that, moments later I asked if she could reccomend me to a hospital that could she stated that they could not and kept making her line break up.... why is this place open at all if they cannot help our reccomend someone who can help the customers keeping them open from the beginning?? Very disappointed Glad it wasn't a real emergency or god help me for her lack of concern.

Took friend in for an injury to her ankle. They took and Xray and told her to go home and they would call her. No instructions, no note for work. She can barely stand on it. Supposedly the only doctor working was in surgery.

I love the interior, different suites and stuff, the intake chicka on the ER side was sweet and pretty and gotta love suite 206 ;)

Prior to my visit, I had lab work which I always dread, the technician had trouble getting enough blood, and she didn t keep poking and prodding, she had another technician come assist. I had a wonderful experience with Chris Gardiner s office. It was extremely nice not to have to wait in the waiting room forever. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Nurse Allison is very efficient and thorough, as well as caring about their patients. If you re looking for a physician, I would highly recommend Chris Gardiner and his amazing staff.

How can a hospital ER refuse to see someone who needs medical attention.

I ve been a few times for lab work because it s easier than driving to Manhattan and saves me from using PTO, but every single time, without fail, they don t have my lab request and often later tell me, oh, we found it . I constantly have to go back and forth between the hospital and my doctor s office for them to finally have my lab request ready. I ve had to start calling ahead so I don t continue to waste my time by going there and not getting any blood drawn because of their incompetence. I d heard continually bad things about this hospital, but thought it would be okay enough to just get lab work there. But the incompetence is making me think about having to use my PTO just so I can go to Manhattan for my labs. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.

Dr. Khoury delivered my baby boy. I could not be happier with the care I received!! The nursing staff was amazing! My husband and I received a special meal post partum and it was phenomenal! I'm just overall happy and grateful! Thank you!!!

My only complaint is the cafeteria being closed on Thanksgiving so my husband was unable to get something to eat. Administration should really reconsider altering hours as opposed to completely being closed.

I avoid this place at all costs, I have never had a decent experience here.

my father died in GCH 2004. received a bill in 2016 showing my father came in for care the previous month.... 12 years after death. I was bullied to pay this bill by two women working in the billing. " I understand clearly sir your father died in 2004 but you must pay this bill". a bill for service 12 years after his death.
few years ago I found myself in need of the ER. it is a long scary story that you would find hard to believe and I still fear GCH. the entire staff, at the behest of the "Doctor", ganged up on me to humiliate and put me in my place beneath them.
when people at the lowest level of any business are terrible human beings .... you need to understand that it is the attitude of the highest amongst them that gives them the right. I want to be clear, GCH has a code of silence in treating people with less than professional behavior.
