Very poor website design. Confusing to use. Almost unusable really. To navigate through it is difficult. There are other sites that are more user friendly.

Ordered an item and no email no nothing but they sure charged my card

Bought a $280 bumper from them, took way longer to ship then they said, and when I got it was damaged and missing hardware. Sent it back, still haven't refunded me or sent a replacement. I've emailed and called with no response.

Got my parts really quick and exactly what I needed !! Won t be going anywhere else in the future. Price beat the competition!!.

The Customer Service team is excellent here, I would recommend GerUp2go to anyone. Great team to work with and their warehouse is immaculate if you ever get a chance to see it. Everything is organized and clean.

Ordered a roof for my Yamaha Rhino. Got it 4 days later. This particular roof takes 4 mounting brackets. Opened up the box there were only 2. Contacted customer service. The lady I talked to was very helpful. Had my other 2 brackets in a couple of days. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

"0" stars would be more appropriate. TERRIBLE communication for shipping, even when I called the same day I placed the order, I CANCELED and they shipped and billed me in hopes I would keep it. REALLY FELT LIKE A SCAM!!
Now it's up to me to return and fight for my $350.00 back. Internal communication within the company doesn't exist. BUYER BE AWARE.
