Guards are extremely rude and disrespectful. They even have the nerve to curse at the guests. Also, they don't seem to care whether your hands are full with your stuff or are carrying something heavy, entrance guard won't open the door for you. Elevators are insanely slow.
Unfair treatment. If you are a foreigner they will not ask for your id. But if you are a Filipino they will ask for government id and company id
Had an interview in one of the offices and the receptionist was courteous. Clean building with fast elevators.
The building is clean and well maintained, but it has a lot of flip-floppy and backwards policies. A good example is their identification/entry policy; foreigners/expats can freely come and go to the building without any checks from the guards, but local workers will be stopped at the entrance and asked for an ID card. Bag checks are also done willy-nilly. Sometimes, the guards will chase you to check your small laptop bag, but they'll let someone with a big, bulky bag through; other times, they won't check altogether. They also don't have any policy in place to cater to people that use alternative modes of transport. They will just outright refuse you of entry. If your office is in this building, you live nearby, and you're thinking of coming in on an e-scooter, then don't bother; you'll just get blocked by the guards. All in all, the building itself is fine, but its management is way behind the times. If you're looking for an office space, I highly recommend you look for another place.
Had an interview here at kenstand. People in the reception area are very friendly, they are smiling and have fun even when they see you. toxic to elevators, haha good family mart below and quick bite before interview. I only trip to each level with CR and i do not have the building because i have no cr. it's next to the elevator there. I only notice a lot of Chinese here. then in tagalog mag. I can tell that you are still adjusting to your own country
It looks and feels dated compared to most of the office buildings in Bonifacio Global City.
Worst building admin ever. I bought an 18" size pizza for my team and the guard blocked me at the entrance to ask me to take the driveway because of the size of the pizza box I was carrying. I followed his instruction, however I don't see the logic why I'm being asked to take the driveway, as if I'm driving my car, not only I ate smoke there, the way towards the elevator is also creepy and the temp is so warm. Also they don't provide napkin in the toilets, no bidet as well. Glad I experienced this on my last day of work.
Huge elevators, friendly staff. Security can be improved.
The sercurity is tight which I like though requiring visitors a government issued id is sort of a hassle for those who doesn't have one. The building is new and has a lot of elevators so there won't be any congestion
