Said I was interested in purchasing multiple laptops for our small business a few weeks ago. Went there today as one of out laptop recently crashed. Spent $58 for them to tell me my laptop was broken and they could not fix it. When I asked what exactly they could only provide a receipt that said a diagnostic was ran, and an incomplete sentence of the potential issues. Sales clerk was horrible. Just issued me to pay and then walked away. Will actively recommend to other business to stay away from here moving forward.

Can't access any info from website. Don't know if you sell refurbished or just new or are you just repair. Seems to me that your website would be mega user friendly.. Maybe you are targeting the tech savvy, money to spend demographic. I just need a economically priced used notebook for a time. Will try somewhere else! Thanks anyway ...

The employees are very friendly, helpful, and informative. Yes, at times they may seem annoyed or cranky, but I can't blame them. Especially, with COVID-19 going around, yeah I'd be annoyed or cranky as well.
