The palms is one of the best shopping mall in lagos island... You find almost everything you need.

Great Place, Eateries like KFC, Cold stone, Sweet Kiwi are available here and shoprite to make your visit memorable.

It's a one stop mall for basic amenities. We had ice cream at Hans & Rene, topped up a SMILE internet device, made enquiries on a Laptop & Phone accessory at JED and withdrawals from Stanbic. ONE STOP SHOP!

The Palms is a beautiful place.

There is a certain level of *high-handedness* here that I find to be very irritating.

Yes, it is located in a high-brow area of Lagos.
Yes, many stupendously rich people come here.
Yes, this place gets the attendance of many diplomats and all.

It does not warrant for the degrading and snobbish attitude of some of the members of Staff!
immediately, you step in, even from the security at Entrance 1, they begin to size you up to know what car you parked, what you are worth, to know how to treat you accordingly.

your Duty as a member of staff is to provide service, not to size people up.

Another thing I find to be quite annoying is that, you have to pay for a drive through, like I went in with a Taxi which was just going to drop me at Entrance 1 and drive out, they insisted, he had to pay .

The Park is small, so from the gate, they can see all the cars that drive in and drive out and can tell if one parks or not, I mean it was just annoying!

In my opinion, there is nothing special about the Palms and I won't go to The Palms except I have something very important to do.

I think Shoprite at The Palms can work on employing a Quality Assurance team too. You cannot sell foods, drinks and fruits in such large quantities and rely only on Physical examination of products, Microbial and Chemical examinations have to be carried out too to ensure people get the best everytime they come here.

I made thesame observations and complaints to Shoprite over a transaction that went wrong, they invited me over and the pack in my hand was the "I am sorry" pack from them even though it worths less than what I lost, O appreciated the fact that they invited me back just to apologise.

Decided to eat and changed my mind to have a 'takeout', it's understandable that food here will be expensive, I mean it costs a whole lot to set up a stall here in the hope of attracting the kind of clientele they want to attract, but even the Server was giving attitude! He had no change and kept acting like it was compulsory to leave the change! It was clumsy and annoying!

Nice shopping mall in Lagos . It got most of the popular brands and cinemas. Big parking space .

Busy with surprising high end stores wanted to take my grandson visiting from the states to the Play Zone but it was closed for no reason . Not customer service .Good cinema complex and preview screens outside. A good day trip all in all.

The Palms is a one stop shopping mall having the Shoprite, Games, Genesis and host of others as it's host.

You can get almost everything you desire to shop here without stress.

Not as big as it seems, but! I found a store called Game, they basically have everything Shoprite doesn't. Check it out.

Nice place, but one Way to get there causes delay to get there or leaving from there

A good mix of everything can be found at this mall. It has ample parking space which is usually paid for at the rate of 200 Naira /hour during weekdays before 7pm, and a flat rate of 200 Naira after 7pm during weekdays. It is however a flat rate of 200 Naira during weekends. Household items, cosmetics, jewelry, wristwatches, make up, sporting items, financial services are some of specialty of some of the outlets in the mall. It is a great place. It is also houses Genesis Deluxe Cinema.

Parking is still an issue, still one of the best malls in Lagos

Its lovely and spacious with a wide range of products and services

There's a flat rate of 200naira in the evening from 8pm

Spacious car park space, especially when it's flat rates. Variety of things you can get here also makes it a good bet

Nice place for window shopping and the like. Shoprite has cheaper drinks than the Game store.
But the Game store is better for appliances. Solid warranty.

Nice place to chill. Store merchandises are pretty pricey for those on a budget. But it offers a variety of options that might be convenient in the end.

It has stands where you can hangout comfortably all by yourself and with family and friends. It also has a "Moist Beach Club", "After5 Bar" with services that are top notch.

Nice Collection of Shops but, less health sFety measures.
